How to book

The simplest and most convenient way to book one of our apartments is through the booking system of our website. You can choose the dates and the apartment you wish for your vacation/stay in Florence. The finalization of the booking process is fully guaranteed. The personal information collected through our website are solely used by us to complete and manage your booking and will not be shared with any third party.


Reservations are considered confirmed only after our communication via email. The minimum stay is 2 nights.


Upon arrival full payment for your booking in addition to payment of the City of Florence tourist tax (€ 3,00 per person per night, excluding children under 12 years old will be required). Case Maron accepts payments in cash, Visa, Mastercard, CartaSI, and PagoBancomat (Master). Nothing will be charged prior to your arrival (see notes: cancellations). Case Maron reserves the right to verify the validity of credit cards prior to arrival (asking legal authorization from the credit card supplier) in order to secure the booking.


Upon your arrival at the apartment we will be waiting for you with the keys, show you the apartment, and give you any information relevant to your stay. Our standard check-in time is from 3pm to 8pm. For arrivals between 8pm  and 10pm there is an extra cost of 15,00€/apartment, and after 10pm the extra cost is € 25,00/apartment. If the apartment is already available, we will be happy to welcome you before 3pm. Please note that Case Maron apartments are completely independent, we are not present on site so it is necessary that you communicate to us, as soon as possible, your estimated time of arrival. During the booking confirmation process you will also receive the name and cell phone number of our staff member who will be on site to welcome you. If for any reason your arrival time should change, and for any other necessity, please contact us in advance at our phone number or email address


Our standard check-out time is before 11pm. Any extensions must be evaluated case-by-case according to the arrivals of that day and must be agreed upon on the day before your departure. Thank you!


Cancellations up until 48 hours (2 days) prior to arrival will not incur any charges. After that deadline Case Maron will charge the first night. In case of no-shows you will be charged the first night. For long stays or during specific periods (i.e. Christmas Holidays, International Events, etc...), cancellation terms can change and will be reconfirmed during the reservation process.


Cleaning fee: 25€ (extra to be added to the reservation price / to be paid upon arrival)
